Returns 

​

Conditions of sale, each sale made on our website, which includes in-stock items and pre-orders, include a 5% processing.  This is a non-refundable fee, in the event of cancellations of any sale, requested by the consumer. 

 

Orders Cancelled:

​

We offer 14 days cooling-off period for all orders made.  The items must be returned within 14 days of notification of cancellation or we withhold the right to withdraw the right to cancel. It is the buyer's complete responsibility to ensure the goods are returned in the same condition received.

Any item not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to 50% deduct from the refund cost or refuse the return outright. 

​

In short, you can nearly always return an unwanted item within this time limit as long as it has not been opened, or used and is in the original packaging, sealed as received. If you have opened and used it we will not be able to accept the return. 

​

Damaged or faulty goods:

​

If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to you. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period.

 

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for any damage to shrink wrapping Specifically related to Elite trainer boxes and booster boxes of any sort. no partial refunds will be accepted, however, full refunds will be given on the return of the product in question. 

Special note: Damaged cards inside blind packed products like Booster packs. In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the individual cards inside. In the rare event, this happens to you, you could benefit by contacting the manufacturer first for a replacement card, but note they have no duty to do so.

Wrong address:

All items are shipped to the address shown to us on check out, its the customers responsibility to ensure it  is correct.  In event of incorrect address please contact us before it is shipped, If shipped, we can not offer any refunds  of any any kind.

and will charge a fee to have items, resent once any unclaimed mail is returned to us.

Other returns:

 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us first using the contact us tab Most manufacturing faults can be quickly resolved via an email to the manufacturer. If you wish to return an item in these circumstances we will cover the postage costs for your return up to standard shipping.

 

Pre-order cancellations:

You may cancel a pre-order for a refund But please be aware, a 15% processing fee which is non-refundable, will be charged.
