This is called the Evolving Skies Build & Battle Stadium. It contains 2 Evolving Skies Build & Battle Boxes, 4 extra booster packs (making it 12 packs total), 121 energy cards, 6 damage counter dice, 2 condition markers, and a flip die.
It's essentially a way of holding your own mini prerelease tournament at home with 2 players.
